Dr. Ajayi Kehinde
Dr. Ajayi has been helping people in North and South Carolina take care of their teeth for over 10 years. She works with both kids and adults to make sure they have healthy smiles. She likes to get to know her patients and make them feel relaxed during their visits.
Dr. Ajayi earned her dental degree from the New York University College of Dentistry before completing a residency in general practice at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York. She relocated to North Carolina after training and has since been involved in community service in South Carolina.
Dr. Ajayi’s interest in dentistry started when she had her first toothache as a kid. She noticed how scared her family and friends were of going to the dentist. She wanted to change that by making dental visits more comfortable. So, she decided to become a dentist herself. She’s kept learning over the years, taking extra training in things like making smiles look better, treating sleep apnea, and using lasers in dentistry. She always stays updated on the latest dental methods and tools to give her patients the best care. She’s part of groups like the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association.
When Dr. Ajayi isn’t working with patients, she likes to hang out with her family and friends. She also volunteers in the community. Treating each patient like they’re part of her family is important to her.
